In our Lyon restaurant, Chef Nathan Wirth and owner Marco Chopin invite you to discover a spring menu inspired by the richness of seasonal produce. 

From crisp asparagus to juicy early strawberries, from young shoots to fresh herbs, each seasonal ingredient is carefully selected and delicately sublimated.

This new menu is an invitation to pleasure, to be discovered in a warm and friendly atmosphere, right in the heart of Lyon.

With a career forged in Lyon's finest establishments, Marco Chopin embodies the soul of Le Théodore: generous cuisine, a warm welcome and an unwavering passion for gastronomy.

Trained by the best, he cut his teeth at Paul Bocuse, a veritable institution of French cuisine, where he learned excellence, respect for the product and the importance of know-how. Building on this experience, he refined his art as manager of the Brasserie de l'Est before realizing his ambition: to create a place in his own image, where conviviality and high standards meet.

That's how he took over the reins of Le Théodore, first in the 6th arrondissement, then in the heart of the Grand Hôtel-Dieu. With his team, he perpetuates Lyon's heritage while adding his own personal touch.

Through his restaurant, Marco tells a story: that of a city and an exceptional terroir, with the passion and generosity that characterize him.
