In April 2024, after seven years at the helm of Le Théodore du 6, Marco Chopin has decided to sell the establishment to the chef couple Tabata and Ludovic Mey. This decision, motivated by an attractive offer, marks a new stage in his career. At the closing party, over 200 friends and customers gathered to celebrate his career and pay tribute to the restaurant that had become part of the daily lives of many. The transition was an emotional one, reflecting the strong bonds forged with his customers.
